Refunds & Returns Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Dogs Beds Refunds and Returns

At the moment we ship merchandise within Australia only.  Pick up services are Monday-Friday. Multiple products may be shipped in the same box.

Shipping and handling charges are determined as follows: AUD 12.00.  All orders placed after 1pm AEDT time will be processed on our next business day (Monday-Friday).

 

RETURN INFORMATION

Please note that all returns must be approved by Dog’s Beds. We make every effort to ship top quality products, although once in a while, a defective wrap will sneak out. In these situations, we will replace or repair any product due to a manufacture defect.

Please notify us at admin@dogsbeds.au for our confirmation and further instructions on the return procedure. Include a short description of the defect, 1 close-up image of defective area, 1 image of the entire product and your contact information. Our customer service will contact you explaining how we will assist with the return or replacement. Please note that the Goods shall be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please include a copy of your invoice and complete contact information inside the return package, we will contact you to credit your return. Always keep a copy of tracking information. We cannot be held liable for lost returns.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you change your mind, want a different item or a different color, no problem. We totally get it. Just let us know how we can help you get the item you really want.
